Kind & Confident Me is the story of 4 friends who, while different in shape, size and colour, all use the power within to be kind to others , and most importantly to themselves.  Through "I am" affirmations and simple water-coloured illustrated animals, little ones will learn how our thoughts, words and actions, create our lives. By working together, trying new things and encouraging belly breathing, these friends are ready to change the world, together!
